今回はなぜか荷物が米国から出るまでに異常に日数がかかったので、お客さんには約束した日数を大幅に超えており、お詫びして待っていただいている状況です。
明日お客さんにさらに2週間以上待っていただけるか確認します。
お客さんの意向によっては返品のみさせていただく可能性があることを予めご了承ください。
結果が分かりしだい連絡します。

English

As, it took unbelievably long time till the item arrive from US, customer's lead time is over and we had to apologize to make them wait.
I will ask the customer tommorow whether they can wait another 2 weeks plus or not.
Please be aware we may need to simply send back the item if customer wishes to do so.
I will revert back after i check.
