意味が通じていないようなので再度メールします。

質問したいのは、日本のAmazon.co.jpのことではなくアメリカのAmazon.comの
設定に関してです。

日本のAmazon.co.jpでは、商品の発売日前に予約受付ができるのですが
アメリカのAmazon.comでは発売日前の予約受付ができないのかどうかということが
知りたいのです。

先に添付した画像は、日本の予約商品の発売日を設定する画面ですが
Amazon.comにはその設定欄が無いので設定の仕方を教えていただきたいのです。

I'm emailing you again since it seems I didn't express myself clearly last time.

My question isn't about the Japanese site (Amazon.co.jp). It's about the settings for the American site (Amazon.com).

On the Japanese site people can pre-order items before they go on sale. I want to know whether or not you can do this on the American site as well.

The image I attached before is of the page for setting up Japanese pre-orders before the item goes on sale.
There isn't that options field on the American site so I'd like to know how I could set up for pre-orders, if it's possible.
