The words "Пересылка: НАЗЕМН." (7th line up on the receipt) means "sending by surface".
Not deliberately though. Alexander didn't noticed that, as he could not even imagine this could be done to the parcel going across the water to Japan. Also his previous shipments were going 'airmail' just by default.

All this knowledge makes nobody happy, only helps to understand what has happened. And why it takes sooooo long for the parcel to arrive - they give it 8(!) weeks - which means 8th August?
Anyway, for the wrong shipping we would have to refund $13 to you, when the parcel arrives.
Otherwise, we shall refund the cost of the paintings after 15th August.

"Пересылка: НАЗЕМН."（領収書の7行目）は、「陸路郵送」を意味します。
わざとではないですよ。Alexanderは、まさか海を越えて日本に届けられる荷物が陸路郵送になっているとは想像もしておらず、この記述に気づいていなかったのです。また彼が前回送った荷物はディフォルトで「空路郵送」となっていました。

こういった事実を説明することで誰かが喜ぶわけでもなく、ただ単に何が起こったかを理解するだけのものにすぎません。それになぜ荷物の到着はこんなにも遅いんでしょうか、8週間（！）ですよ、と言う事は8月8日と言う事ですよね？
いずれにしても、間違った郵送方法でアレンジしてしまったので、荷物が届き次第、私達からあなたへ13ドル分の返金をしないといけません。もしくは8月15日以降でしたら、絵（商品）の金額分を返金しないといけません。
