1911年、熊本で完成した小水力発電所の発電小屋の写真です。トンネルで導水路を作り、低い所に水を落下させる力で発電機を回す。水を貯めるダムとは違い最低限の開発で発電所を作れます。こういうやりかたは技術者好みではないです。たいした技術はいらないからです。非効率だからといいますが、それは違います。だから、何百という発電所が閉鎖されているのだと思います。こういう時だからこそ、どうしても簡素な発電所を復活すべきです。

This is the picture of a watermill　of small hydraulic power plant　founded in Kumamoto in 1911.A raceway is made in a tunnel and a dynamo is turned to a low place by the power of dropping water.
Unlike the dam which collects water, plant can be made from minimum development.
Such ways are not engineer liking. It is because great technology is not needed.
It is different although since it is inefficient is said. Therefore, I think that plant called what 100 is closed.
You should revitalize surely simple plant just because it is at such times.
