前回のメールが上手く伝わってなかったようです。
宛先不明の原因は「あなたが宛名に私の名前を記入しなかった為」です。
宛名に名前がないと、荷物は宛先不明で届きません。
しかし日本の郵便局が「この荷物をどうしたらいいか？」とUSPS問い合わせました。
すると、USPSは「荷物を戻してください」と答えました。
この時にUSPSはあなたへ確認することはできたのではないでしょうか？
そもそも、この問題は「あなたが宛名に私の名前を書かなかった」から起こったのです。

It seems like the previous mail did not explain well.
The reason of no delivery address is because "you did not put my name on the recepient".
If there is no name on the recepient, the shipment will not be delivered due to uncertain shipping address.
However, the Japanese post office contacted USPS and asked "what to do with this shippment".
