確認して欲しいことがあります。

私は先週の木曜日、7/5にmy packageの中にあるリチウムイオンバッテリー２個をアマゾンへ返品して欲しいとメールしました。

その際、アマゾンの返品専用の書類もメールに添付しました。

そして先日、アマゾンから返品を受け取ったとメールが来ました。

しかし、一個しか返品されてきていないとメールに書いてありました。


確認して欲しいのですが、

あなたは一つの箱に２個入れて返品してくれましたか？

もしかして、一個ずつ別々に返品しましたか？

There is something that I would like to confirm please.

Last Thursday on July 5th I e-mailed you saying that I would like to return the 2 lithium-ion batteries that were included in my package.

At the time, I e-mailed you the necessary documents for processing the return to Amazon.

And the other day I received an e-mail from Amazon saying that they had received the returned items.

However, the e-mailed stated that only one item had been returned.

Could you please verify that you received both items in one box?

Or did you receive them separately?
