1. Pack the item in the original box and shipping carton. If that is not possible pack it in a new box – please make sure to pack the item securely with appropriate packaging materials.
2. Include a copy of the original customer receipt that was included in the package or a printed copy of your “end of item” email notice from eBay. If neither is available, include the eBay item number, transaction number and your info. Please retain a copy for your records.
3. Affix the label to the outside of the shipping carton. Cover or remove any other addresses or barcodes on the outside of the parcel not obscured by the eBay Return Label.

１．アイテムをオリジナルの箱と運送カートンに詰めてください。もしそれが不可能の場合は新しい箱に詰めてください。商品をしっかりと荷崩れしないよう、適当な梱包用品を使用するようにしてください。
２．荷物に同封されていたオリジナルの顧客レシートの控え、もしくは”アイテムの終了(End of Item)“のeBayからの通知メールのプリントアウトを商品と一緒に箱に入れてください。お客様ご自身の控えとしてこのどちらかの書類をコピーして保管してください。
３．ラベルを運送カートンの外側に貼り付けてください。eBayの返送ラベルが見えにくくならないよう、他の住所やバーコードは上から何かを貼り付けて隠すか剥がしてください。
