問題はBがあまり日本向けのEXPORTについて知識がなく、こちらから何度伝えてもあまり理解が得られないこと。
Aへの直送を辞め、宛先をすべてC宛としてもらい
サンプルは一度確認してからAへ出荷する。SAMPLEのデリバリーに関してのみ、工場の担当者から直接INVOICE及びTRK情報を送ってもらう様にする。（ASIA圏の工場は時差の関係でBを通すと手続きに間に合わないため）10SSから10FWにかけて件数はだいぶ減ったので改善は見られるが現時点でも昨シーズンのSAMPLEは一部仕入れが上げられず、Aに対しても未請求のまま（Bへの支払いも出来ず）の状態となっている。

(because of the time difference between Asian factory, it is not in time for the procedure when B is passed. )SAMPLE at last season is not partially raised stocking, and is a state like the not yet requested (It is not possible to pay to B) now for A though the improvement is seen because the number of cases decreased considerably from 10SS to 10FW.
