ご連絡ありがとうございます。クレジットカード裏面の電話番号・カード会社に連絡をしましたが、購入時に登録した住所を追加することができませんでした。つきましては、クレジットカードに、アメリカの住所を追加することができなければ、注文することができないようであれば、この注文をキャンセルして下さい。
他に、クレジットカードの住所が日本で、配送先はアメリカの住所で、あなたのネットショップで購入する方法は、ありますか？もしくは、日本に直配送してもらうことはできますか？ご連絡おまちしています。

I called the phone number on the back of my credit card at the credit card company to request them to add the shipping address which I registered when I purchased from your store, but I couldn’t do so.
So, please cancel my order, if you can’t process my order since my shipping address in the US can’t be added to my credit card.
Please let me know how I can purchase from your online store in the case that the registered address on my credit card is Japan while the shipping address is USA
Please also let me know whether you can ship to Japan instead.
