こんにちは。あなたに荷物を無事にお届けできているかとても気になって追跡をしたところ、未達でしたので日本のフェデックスに状況を確認してもらいました。6月27日に配達に伺ったところ、ご不在だったので、それ以降も何度か配達をしましたが、お渡しできませんでした。荷物をどちらにお届けすればいいでしょうか? 連絡を一度差し上げたいので、メールアドレスまたは連絡が可能な電話番号等をお知らせいただけませんでしょうか?高い送料を払ってもらっているのでとても気になっています。よろしく。
Hello, I was wondering if the package has been delivered and it hasn't, so I checked with FedEx in Japan. They had tried to deliver on 27 June, but you were not around, and they tried again a few more times but were unable to deliver it. Where should it be sent? I would like to get in touch with you, so could you provide an email address or a phone number I can contact you with? The shipping fee was quite high, so I'm really worried about this. Thank you.
