Thanks for your request and glad to help out. We do perform the authorized service for McIntosh (and about 90 other audio manufacturers) and have access to factory parts and support. We would need to evaluate your C-39 first in order to determine exactly what the repair will cost and what parts will need to be replaced. For our service we start with a $90 bench minimum fee that is due at the time of drop off. The $90 goes towards any repair you authorize, but serves as the minimum charge if you did not proceed with the repair.
