エクセルファイルには、コストがあえばオーダーをさせて頂きますという条件付きで
あなたに連絡しています。しかし、PDFのファイルを確認しましたところ、オーダーをメーカーが受理されて日付けが、僕が確認メールした時期とほぼ同じです。
オーダーをキャンセルできないのであれば、コストの面で考慮して頂けませんでしょうか。もしくは、これから作成する新たなオーダーと変更できませんでしょうか。今後は、なるべく正式なオーダーだけをあなたに報告するようにします。

If the order can’t be cancelled, could you consider the price? Or, could you replace it with the next new order I’m planning to place? I’m going to start sending you only the official order from now on.
