第11条（アカウント登録解除、本サービスの利用停止）

1．当社は、ユーザが以下のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合に、当該ユーザに事前に通知することなく、本サービスの利用停止、当該ユーザカウントを抹消することができるものとします。

（1）アカウント情報を不正に使用した場合。

（2）本サービスによって提供された情報を不正に使用した場合。

（3）本サービスに登録後、12か月連続で本サービスの利用がない場合。

（4）本規約及びその他当社が定める諸規程に反する行為があった場合。

（5）その他、アカウント登録者として不適格であると当社が判断した場合。

2．ユーザアカウントを抹消されたユーザは、今後すべての本サービス利用をお断りすることがあります。

3．前項の場合において、アカウント登録者に何らかの損害が生じたとしても、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

Article 11（deregistration of accounts, stop usage of this service）

1．Our company can delete users’ accounts or stop their usage without any notice in advance if we conclude they fall under the categories below

（1）in case that they use their accounts illegally

（2）in case that they use the information provided on this service illegally

（3）in case that they don’t use this service at all for over a year after registration

（4）in case that they act against this contract or other rules we set

（5）in case we conclude that they are not appropriate as account registrants

2．We might reject any usage of this service by the users whose accounts were deleted from now.

3．We are not responsible if account registrants take any loss in the case above(No.2)
