第8条（自己責任の原則）

1．本サービスは、ユーザが自らの責任で利用するものであり、当社は、本サービスの利用にあたり、ユーザに生じたいかなる損害に関しても、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

2．ユーザは、本サービスの利用に関し第三者との間で問題が生じた場合は、当該第三者との間で直接に処理解決するものとし、当社は、すべて関与しないものとします。

3．ユーザは、本サービスの利用により当社または第三者対して損害を与えた場合は、自己の責任と費用をもって当社または第三者に生じた損害、損失及び費用を賠償するものとします。

Article 8　(principle of self-responsibility)

1. The service is used by users with their responsibilities, and therefore the company will not owe any responsibility of the consequences including damages caused from the users.

2. The problems that are caused between the users and third parties will be solved among them. The company will not involve in their problems.

3. If the users case any damage to the third parties by using the service, they will recompense its damage, loss, or cost to the third parties or the company.
