第1条（目的）

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社SpinningWorks（以下「当社」）が運営するWebサイト「Qlippy」（以下「本Webサイト」）において提供されるサービス（以下「本サービス」）、本サービスの利用者（以下「ユーザ」）、本サービスを利用してユーザによって使用される電子書籍データ（以下「著作物」）、ユーザによって本サービス上に投稿され、表示されるすべての発言、文章、画像その他の情報（以下「ユーザコンテンツ」）に適用されます。

第 2 条 （適用範囲）

1．本規約は、すべてのユーザ、著作物、ユーザコンテンツに適用されます。

2．本サイト上に随時掲載する各種ルールや諸規定等は、本規約の一部を構成します。ユーザは、本サイトを利用した時点で、それら各種ルールおよび諸規定等にも同意したものとみなされます。

3．ユーザは、本規約を誠実に遵守するものとします。

Article 1 (Purpose)

This usage agreement (hereafter, "the Agreement") is in regard to the website "Qlippy" (hereafter, the Website), operated by SpinningWorks corporation (hereafter, "the Company") and the service (hereafter, "the Service") offered to users (hereafter "Users") using the Service for e-book data (hereafter, "Works"). The Agreement applies to all speech, written word, images and any other information (hereafter, the User Content) contributed by the User.

Article 2 (Scope)

1. This article applies to all Users, Works, and User Content.

2. Any other rules or regulations published by the Website at any time also constitute a part of the Agreement. When Users use the Website, they also agree to these rules or regulations.

3. Users shall faithfully abide by the Agreement.
