再度、受け取りスタッフへの問い合わせや荷物の到着履歴を調査しました。
しかし結果は同じで、荷物は届いていない。
（4月26日のトラッキングが、目的地とはまったく違う郵便番号なっているのも気になる。）

私は輸送中に、紛失されたか誤配達されたと思っている。
しかし、彼らは問題解決に積極的と思えない。

Again, I checked the inqury to the receiving staff and the record of the goods' arrival.
However, same result again and the goods have not arrived.
(I wonder why the tracking of Apr 26 says totally different postal code from the destination.)

I think it could be lost or misdelivered during its transportation.
However, they are noncooperative attitude for this problem solving.

It is difficult to solve this problem only by us.
We should ask oo to help.
