しかし、クラックヘッドにサイズが合わず、また装着できません。
写真もお見せして、ゴムパッキンのサイズもお伝えしましたが
なぜ２度も間違った商品を送ってくるのですか？

これで３度目になります。

クラックヘッドに装着可能な正しいサイズのゴムパッキンを
早急に送り直してください。

I received the rubber gasket the other day.
However, it can't be fitted because the size does not match the crack head.
I have relayed the size of the rubber gasket along with pictures, yet still received the wrong product twice.
This will be the third attempt.
Please resend the rubber gasket which can be properly fitted on the crack head, as soon as possible.
