交換用の商品を送ってください。もしくは商品代金と送料を全額返金してください。

I received the item today.
I checked all the items but the box was terribly torn and dented.
I took a picture of it. Please refer to the attached photo.

I bought this item as a present to my friend but can't give it to her in this condition.
Please send a replacement or give me a full refund for this and the shipping fee.
If you need this item back to you I would like you to bear the shipping fee for returning it to you, too.
