早急に日本へ発送していただきたいのですが、MyPackagesを開くと"Address – Suite Issue; "9910" |Quantity Mismatch."や"Packages with problems cannot be shipped."となっており発送手続きができないようです。

また、1荷物あたり$5ということなので、合計$35で宜しいでしょうか。
今回、32本注文したはずですが31本しかなかったということでしょうか。

I would like my order to be shipped to Japan straight away, but when I open
MyPackages I get the messages "Address ‐ Suite Issue; "9910" |Quantity Mismatch." and "Packages with problems cannot be shipped." and hence I'm unable to complete the dispatch process.

Also, as it's $5 per item, do you agree that the total is $35?
I placed an order for 32 items, so does this mean that there were only 31 in stock?
