Thank for the purchase. We have a slight issue. Upon inspection of the bar, we noticed the sprocket is damaged and we don't want to send a damaged product. The 20" bar is on back order until May 7 but we have plenty of 18" bars in stock. Will you accept a 18" bar instead with a refund of $12.50 for the difference in bars.

I am sorry about the issue but we always check our products before shipping and this bar was damaged.

Please advise so I can get you item out ASAP.

お買い上げありがとう御座います。ちょっとしたことですが、ご連絡致します。ご注文の棒を検査していたところ、付属のスプロケットが損傷していることに気づきました。そこなんですが、私たちは、このようなものをお客様にお送りしたく御座いません。２０インチの製品は、５月７日まで在庫がない状態です。ですが、１８インチの製品で御座いましたら、多数在庫を取り揃えて御座います。もし差し支えないようでしたら、差額の12.50ドルを御返金して、１８インチの製品を収めさせて頂くのは如何で御座いますでしょうか。

この件に関しましては、大変申し訳なく思っております。しかしながら、私たちは、出荷前の製品を常にチェックしており、その結果として、損傷に気付いた次第です。
