After all is said and done, we want Utah to be a better place because of us.
Our growth has put me in the office more, but that doesn't mean I don't get out frequently either to the crag or into the production facility to stay in touch with what is best for you, the customer. 成長のおかげで事務所にいる時間が増えたが、頻繁に岩に行かないという事でもないし、お客様と接触する為に生産施設にも出かけている。成長するのを愛してきたが、一番のプライオリティである顧客サービスを犠牲にしたわけではない。質問、コメント、関心があるならいつでも電話かメールして欲しい。いつでも、私が電話に答え、見直し、メールに回答し、設計しているのがわかるだろう。貴方たちといつもいるようにしているし決して一人でやってきた訳ではない。
