ホテルに依頼して、枕、掛け布団は羽毛ではないものに変えてもらいました。ただ、掛け布団は羽毛のものしか用意がないみたいなので、代わりにウールのブランケットを2枚用意するとのことですが、問題ないですか？食べ物など他にアレルギーはありますか？私は主にA部門を担当してますが、あとは主にB部門を担当してます。私はリスニングは大丈夫ですが、会話が得意ではないです。昼食には通訳が同行するからコミュニケーションの件は心配しないでね。明日8時にロビーで集合しましょう。ここまで問題ないですか？
