Sorry for the mix up here, I specifically placed this order to capture the inventory and then put it immediately on hold. I’m operating this week with temporary credit and customer service reps while my usual contacts are out on leave. Somehow the hold was released by one of them and the order is packed. Unfortunately I can’t make any modifications as they’d have to unpack the whole order and we would lose the inventory. At this point we have 3 options:
1) Take the order as is for 435 pair.
2) Cancel the entire order.
3) Take the order as is for 435 pair and once received I can issue call tags and an RA for the overages.

ご迷惑をお掛けし申し訳ありません。在庫を把握するため特別に注文を行い、すぐに保留にしました。今週は、いつもの担当者が休暇で不在のため、一時的にクレジット担当者とカスタマーサービス担当者で対応しています。どういうわけか、そのうちの1人が保留を解除して、注文が梱包されたようです。残念なことに、注文をすべて開梱しなければならず、在庫を失うことになるので何も修正することができません。現時点では以下の3つの選択肢があります。

2) 注文をすべてキャンセルする。
3) 435個の注文をそのまま受け取り、受け取り次第、コールタグと超過分のRAを発行する。
