他のサイトでは、この商品を販売しています。客先が、友人のプレゼントで商品を購入したので、回収できないそうです。この何年間　同いブランドを取り扱いしてきたので、既存の客先には新規の売上を作るのが難しい状況になっております。今までは、新しい客先を見つける事で、売上を確保してきたと思います。現状の新規オファーは、流行や市場にあっていないので誰も興味を持って頂けません。今後は、流行をリサーチしたブランドもしくは客先のリクエストしたブランドをオファーして欲しいです。

This murchandise is sold in other websites. I heard that my customer can't get it returned because he perchased it as a gift for his friend. Handling the same brands in these past few years makes it difficult for us to find new business by selling. We have secured the sale by finding new customers until now. No one, however, is intrested in our new offers because they doesn't suit trends and market. We would like you to offer brands which suit trends or are needed by customers in the future.
