まだ商品を受け取ってないと主張しています

しかしこれはバイヤーの住所であるWilmington,DEへの配達は
WEST PHILADELPHIA,PAのDHLが配達するエリアだからです。
DHLからの配達証明もバイヤーに送信しました。
しかし返信がありません。
