ご注文頂きましたのギターですが、輸送中のトラブルにより故障している事が判明致しました。
本日、発送予定だったのですが故障により修理が必要になります。
注文頂いた時とギターの状態が異なる為、このまま商品を販売するわけにはいきません。
ご注文につきましたはキャンセルし、全額返金させて頂きます。
お客様のお気持ちを裏切るような事になり大変申し訳ございません。
商品をお届けすることができず、本当に残念です。

Regarding the guitar you ordered, we have discovered that it was damaged during transport.
We planned to send it to you today, but we need to repair the guitar. We can never sell it as it is in a different condition when ordered.
Therefore, we will refund the full amount after cancelling the order. We are sorry that we cannot meet your expectations at this time. Once again I am afraid we cannot deliver the item to a valued customer. We hope you understand.
