社内起業家予備群の社員を顧客(カスタマー)と見立てて「プログラムに興味を持ってもらう→説明会にきてもらう→アイディアのタネを考えて出してもらう→アイディアをブラッシュアップ、チームアップしてもらう→最終的には制度を使って応募してもらう」というステージを段階的にクリアしていってもらう必要があります。とはいえ東京ドームさんのように既存事業がお忙しい状況だと、顧客(社員)がなかなかその段階を進めないケースも多くて、途中でやめちゃう。

We need to have our employees, who are potential internal entrepreneurs, go through stages as if they were customers. These stages include ”‘getting interested in the program → attending the information session → coming up with and submitting an idea seed → brushing up the idea and teaming up → finally applying using the system ”. However, in situations where existing businesses are busy like at Tokyo Dome, there are many cases where the customers (employees) cannot easily progress through these stages and quits halfway.
