赤木：個人的には新規事業創出が盛んな企業＝若い世代の社員が多い、というイメージがあって。ですが、東京ドームは若手社員から個性豊かな年配社員まで年齢層が広いんですよね。東京ドームが歩んできた歴史を見てきたうえで、今後のビジョンを心の中で描いている方も多いんです。そんなベテラン社員とフレッシュな思考を持った若手社員がタッグを組むことで、年齢や経験の垣根を越えた面白い提案を生み出してくれるのでは、と考えています。

However, Tokyo Dome has a wide age range of staff, from young employees to older ones with rich personalities. Many have witnessed the history of Tokyo Dome and have their own visions for the future.
