そして、早速、検査機関より、下記の追加事項が送られてきましたので、度々お手数ですが、ご確認をお願いします。


●EMS送付状に記載の送付元
製造者TAB Co Ltdではありませんでした。
住所はだいたい同じですが，EMS送付状はビル名や部屋番号の記載まであります。
名称と住所の相違について，まずは事情を確認いただけますでしょうか。
（その事情に応じた送付元説明文を作成手配いただく必要がごさいます。）
