いつもお世話になっております。
サポートをお願い致します。
バイヤー様が不在の為、商品を受け取れなかった様です
再配達の連絡を行っていないので保管期限が切れてしまって日本に返送されました。
リターンリクエストがありバイヤー様の希望を聞いた所、再度、送って欲しいとの事でしたので
すぐに返送致しました。
追跡番号もバイヤー様に送っています。
その後、リターンリクエストの取り下げを依頼しているのですが
返信がありません。
今後、私はどの様な対応するべきですか?

Thank you as always.
I need your further assistance for the following.
It seems that the items couldn't be received due to the absence of the buyer.
Unless a request for re-delivery was prompted, it resulted in being returned to Japan by exceeding the storage limit.
As there was a request for a return, when I asked the buyer their preference, they said they needed to send it immediately, so I returned it.
The tracking number was also sent to the buyer.

I then asked them to cancel the return request, but they haven't replied at all.
What should I do?
