Aについて、弊社他の客先への転用や、サプライヤーへの返品も難しいです。
ですので、弊社にて処分させていただきます。
お見積書に問題がなければ、INVOICEをお出しさせていただきます。

納期についてですが、1月末出荷予定から1日でも早くなるように調整を続けている状況ではありますが、
日本ではコロナが拡大しており、その影響もあって、納期短縮については、厳しい状況であると工場からは連絡を受けております。

I will send you an invoice for the cancellation charge excluding the purchase cost for "A" and "B".
As for "A", it is difficult to utilise for another purpose for other customers or us or return it to the supplier.
For this reason, we will dispose of it. We will issue the invoice if you have any problem with this.
About the delivery, we are working hard to make the delivery day even earlier after late January as planned. However, we got a reply from the factory saying it is hard to make the delivery schedule shortened because of the recent surge of Covid-19 situation here in Japan.
