こういうことが何度もありますので今後、私達は以下2点の取引の取り決めをしたい。


1.製品の価格について、事前通告なしの値上げは行わないこと。

2.値上げを行う場合は、両社の同意を得た上で、
我々に価格を提示してから適用するまで移行期間を6ヵ月間設けること。値上げ価格の適用開始は6ヵ月後とする。
（既に従来価格で見積り提出済みのお客様もいるため。）
