温度80℃の90%濃硫酸にサンプルを24時間浸漬し、浸漬前後のサンプルの重量差から減少率を算出しました。
比較として、A社製のサンプルも一緒に評価しています。

試験手順:昇温1時間+テスト時間(24時間)をキープ+冷却1時間
試験後サンプル洗浄:大量の水で洗浄後、精製水で洗浄

結論として、弊社製はA社よりも耐腐食性が劣るという結果になりました。
ただ、Bよりは耐食性は良いという結果になりました。
耐食性を向上させるために、処理条件の確認と線径の確認を行っています。

We Immersed the sample in 90% concentrated sulfuric acid at 80°C for 24 hours and then calculated the decreasing rate from the weight difference of the sample before and after immersion.
For comparison, we also evaluated the sample made by A Company.
Test procedure: Rising the temperature for one hour + Continuing the test (for 24 hours) + Cooling the sample for one hour
Washing the sample after the test: we washed the sample with a large amount of water, and after that washed the sample with purified water.
In conclusion, our product resulted in revealing an inferior quality that the product of A Company.
But ours showed a better corrosion resistance.
We are now confirming the processing conditions and wire diameter in order to improve the corrosion resistance.
