我々はサプライヤーより倉庫費用及び耐圧試験についての追加費用の請求を受けています。
つきましては、貴社へその費用を請求しなければならない状況になります。


耐圧試験については、当初サプライヤーで計画していた日程をご連絡しておりましたが、
貴社よりご返信がいただけなかったので、実施をしました。
結果的に2回試験を行うことになり、2倍のコストが掛かっております。

検査の日程が遅れたことにより、出荷納期も遅れたことで倉庫を長く
借りなければならないために発生した費用になります。

The supplier requested us an additional expense for the use of the warehouse along with the pressure-proof test. Therefore, we are in the situation to claim the expense for this reason.
As for the test for the pressure-proof, we noted the schedule as planned by the supplier, but we conducted it because we didn’t have your reply. As a result, it costs double because the test was implemented twice.
Delaying the schedule of the inspection, also delayed the period of shipping. For this, it resulted in long term lending for the warehouse.
