資金調達について
１、TSE に上場しているFan communication に20000 株、1億1千万割り当てた。これは4/28に入金済。
２、Geo Technologies に36363株、2億円割り当て決定。5月末に入金する。
日本版だが、この２社への割り当て後の株式シェアは添付ファイルのとおり。

Regarding fund collection,

1. I put 20000 stocks, 110,000,000 Yen, to Fan Communication that is listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange. I paid it on April 28th.

2. I decided to put 3636 stocks, 200,000,000Yen at Geo Technologies. I will pay it at the end of May. It is a Japanese version. The share put to these two companies is listed in the attached file.
