RCEP C/Oですが、弊社として取得した経験がまだありません。
調べたところ、日本商工会議所へ発効の依頼をする必要があるようです。
日本商工会議所に発効までの日数を確認しましたが、約1ヶ月ほど掛かるとのことです。
そのため、今回は今までのC/Oで進めさせていただけないでしょうか？

今からRCEP C/Oの申請はしますので、追って差し替えさせていただきたく存じます。

申し訳御座いませんが、ご検討のほど宜しくお願い致します。

We checked it, and found that we have to ask Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry about issuing it.
We asked the number of days required for issuing it, and they said that about one month is necessary.
For this reason, may we proceed by the C/O we have been using so far this time?

As we will apply the RCEP C/O from now, we would like to replace it later.
