Aは本日夕方部内確認会を行い、そこで問題なければ結果を共有できます。Bは計算に必要なデータは揃い作業をほぼ終えているものの、計算システムに不具合があり正しい結果が得られず、現在Cチームと原因の確認を行っています。早くて本日中、遅くて明日の結果共有となる見通しです。お約束の期限から遅れ恐縮ですが、極力早く共有できる様進めていますのでもう少しお待ち下さい。
なおBの結果は仮で、今後多少の更新が入る可能性があります。それは全体に大きな影響を及ぼさないレベルのものです。

Regarding A, we are going to hold an internal meeting this late afternoon for confirmation and if there is no issue, we will be able to share the result. Regarding B, we have almost completed collecting required data, however, we have not been able to get accurate result due to some bug on calculation system therefore, we are checking the cause with Team C. Sharing result with you is expeted by within today the earliest and latest by tomorrow. We apologize for not been able to keep the due date but we are doing our best to make it as early as possible so please kindly wait.
Result of B is provisional, so there could be some collection later on. It will be minor level, which will not influence entire result.
