こんにちわ。いつもそちらの製品を使わせていただいています。
PS500U3という製品を使っています。
しかし最近、断続的に全てのHDDが切断されてしまう現象が起きています。

・ケーブルの交換
・ファームウェアを09.00.02.09に
を試しましたが改善されません。何か改善方法や最新のファームウェアファイルはありますでしょうか？

However, recently I've been experiencing intermittent disconnection of all my HDDs.

Replace the cable.
Upgrade the firmware to 09.00.02.09.
I have tried the following, but no improvement. Is there any way to improve the problem or the latest firmware file?
