私は日本の代理店に聞きましたが、商品を購入したのは日本の代理店からではないので無理です、と言われました。また日本の税関の話では、どうしてもフランス工場からの証明文が必要です、と言っていました。ですのでどうか宜しくお願いします。費用がかかるのでしたらお支払いいたします。

I asked the agent in Japan, but I was told that the item I purchased was not from Japanese agent and they said they cannot do anything do with it.
And I also heard from the customs, a certificate from the factory in France will be needed.
So please send me a certificate for me. If it cost some money, I will pay for it.
