I suggest you look at your business or personal life, and pick an area to experiment with. Raise the bar in that area, and do a little more to see what happens. How do you feel about yourself? Did you get any rewards? What did you have to give up to do it? I think you will find that you will give yourself a psychological boost as a result of it, and this boost will cause you to raise the bar again, or to pick another area to experiment in. Don't hold back-give yourself permission to live up to your full potential and you will be surprised at how good you will feel.
