本日カスタマーによって購入した3台を設置。SDカードへの再インストールも無事に完了しました。
しかし3台中、1台の機械が何度試しても動画の再生が2周目に添付の動画のようにおかしくなります。
不具合の解消方法はありますでしょうか。
解消方法がなければ、至急取り替える必要があり、
不具合のある製品をあなたに送る前に、私は同じ製品を購入します。
念のため2台購入します。カバーは不要です。明日至急発送してください。
Today, I have completed installing 3 sets that were purchased by a customer. Also, completed to re-install it to an SD card safely.
However, a set of 3 sets is facing difficulty in playing back with the second-run of the video as shown in the attached photo.
Is there any method of solving the issue?
Otherwise, I need to change it as soon as possible.
I will buy the same item before I will send you the item with trouble.
Just in case, I will buy 2 sets. The cover is not necessary.
