新商品　C123の制作説明書で、ユーザーから質問が届いています。
番号35の糸ですが、1/2使用すると指示があります。糸を半分に割いて使用するという意味でしょうか?
御社の製品で、糸を割いて使用するパッケージ商品は今までありませんでした。
他のメーカーの商品でも、糸を割いて使用するものは無いので、ユーザーが制作で困っています。
割くことはできるのですが、そのまま1本として使用した場合、糸が足りなくなりますか?

I got a question from the user about the new item C123 description.
There is the direction thread of number35 should be used half.
Does that mean we use the thread by dividing half?
