仕事の評価を査定しているのは、誰になるのでしょうか。
御社の希望価格でお客さんに販売しているのに、なぜ利益が取れないのでしょうか。評価は、営業のモチベーションになります。彼と同じ評価になる為には、4倍の売上が必要になっております。発注したけれどオーダーを通す事ができない案件が多いので、きちんと納品できた案件に関してはきちんと査定して欲しい。営業なので、仕事の評価は、売上に対してなので、自分には重要な事になります。どのようにしたらきちんと評価されるのでしょうか。
