返答が遅くなり、本当に申し訳ありません。
私の方で返信を滞らせてしまいました。

銀行の取り扱いが徐々に厳しくなってきており現在私たちのシンガポールの
会社では5億のお金を動かすのは難しいと考えていて、香港の会社を検討していました。

投資については時間がとても大切だということも承知しています。
すでにお話し自体が無くなっているかもしれませんので、まだこのお話しが残っているのか確認させて下さい。

I am terribly sorry for the delay in replying.
At the moment, we are facing difficulty in dealing with the bank, so our company in Singapore thinks that the handling with money at 500 million seems to be not realistic, therefore, we are currently considering it to the firm in Hong Kong instead.
Of course, we know the timing is more important for investment.
Please let me confirm whether this will be effective or not.
