今回、創刊4000号特別号を発行します。つきましては、記念メッセージをご寄稿いただきたくお願い申し上げます。
昨年発生した新型コロナウイルスは、私たちの生活に大きな変化をもたらしました。LAでは現在、ワクチン接種が進み再開にむけ社会が動き出していますが、昨年多くの感染者と死者、数ヶ月に渡るロックダウンなど、健康面のみならず経済面においても甚大な被害を被りました。ご寄稿いただくメッセージは、厳しい時期を過ごし乗り越えてきたLAの日系コミュニティへの、励ましとなることと存じます。

This time, we will issue the first issue of No. 4000 special issue. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could contribute commemorative messages.
The new coronavirus which was discovered last year has made a big difference in our lives. In LA, vaccination is progressing and the society is moving toward resumption, however, many people were infected and were dead because of it last year, lockdown was carried out for several months, and the society was suffered great damage not only in terms of health but also in terms of economy.
We hope that your contribution will be an encouragement to the Japanese community in LA, which has survived the tough times.
