〇〇さんと電話しましたが、スケジュールに間に合わないという理由は承認できないとのこと。
下記の件、確認をお願いしたく存じます。

・A社は弊社のProposalを今週一杯待つことができますか？
・待てない場合に、どのような理由ならば辞退可能ですか？
・辞退をする場合は、CEOの署名にせよと言っていたと思います。
　うまく聞き取れなかったので、その点も確認ください。

正直、なにをどうしたらよいかわからない状況です。
ちなみに、CCから社長が抜けたのは、〇〇さんが言ってくれたからでしょうか？

Although I have talked with 〇〇 on the phone, it said the reason which is not in time the schedule is not acceptable.

I don’t have any idea what to do about this.
By the way, was the reason to remove the president from the CC because 〇〇 said so?
