English

5-1
Change "I don't know" to "I am going to find out." Many of us end a period of thinking about something with the phrase, "Oh I don't know." This causes us to stop working on the problem and creates a downward cycle in our results. We convince ourselves we don't know. If you change it to, "I am going to find out," your subconscious keeps working on the situation, and you have a positive view of it. Most of all you have hope.

Japanese

5-1
