このinvoiceは、fedexのWEBシッピングツールによって作成されており、PDFで出力されます。
このPDFをツールを使用してMSデータに変換してみましたが、変形が酷く使いにくいです。

今回はこのまま【invoice.pdf】を使用して発送しても大丈夫です。

次回からのために、オリジナルのインヴォイスを用意していただけると助かります。
書式に決まりはありませんが、記載事項などは下記のテンプレートや私の取引先のINVOICE等を参考にしてみてください。

This invoice is made by Web shopping tools of fedex and outputted by pdf.
I tried to change this PDF into MS data using tools, but the deformation is ugly and it is difficult to use.

It is also alright to use and ship [invoice.pdf] like this.

If you prepare the original invoice for next time, that will be very helpful.
There is no rule on the form, but please refer to the following templates and invoices of my suppliers regarding the items mentioned.
