商品の梱包について至急改善して欲しいことがあります。
届いた新商品を為検品していると、髪の毛がかなりの確率で入っていました。
A商品はすべてに髪の毛混入、B・C・Dも半分の確率で入っていました。
今迄も1-2%の確率ではありましたが、今回の納品分はあまりにひどい状況です。
最近パッケージの会社を変更しましたか?
袋を開けたユーザーは気持ち悪いですし衛生面でもOUTです。長い髪の毛は束ねる、ヘアキャップをするなどの対処を指示して下さい。異物混入はあなたのメーカーのイメージを下げます。

We found hairs in many packages when I'd checked the new products I got.
There are hairs in all packages of product A and half of them for product B, C, and D.
