The reply is as follows.

1. A subsidiary of Fedex is making an export declaration as proxy.
2. When the proxy makes it, a shipper has to submit a document.
3. The fee is 40 Euro up to two items.
4. We cannot charge the fee to account of the Fedex, and charge to the shipper. The fee of sending is 5 Euro.
